Landmark’s Newport Plan

The Newport is quickly becoming one Landmark Performance Home’s most popular plans. It is at an affordable price range and there are many flexible options customers can choose from to make this plan perfect for the way they live.

This plan can be built as a 1.5 or 2-story plan. There are lots of options for the kitchen alone.  The M1 options enlarges the island/bar and removes the desk area. It adds more kitchen cabinets. It has a 9’ island, walk-in pantry, 6’ slider door & larger relax.

The M2 option adds 2 feet to the “eat” area for entertaining. The M3 option adds a flex room that can be used for a bedroom, office, playroom, etc. There are also options for expanding the 3-car garage by adding square feet or another stall.

There are many options for the upper level as well. The S1 option enlarges the dream wash (master bath) & dress (walk-in closet). It adds a sitting room in the master and eliminates the loft. S2 adds a Jack-n-Jill bath for bedrooms 2 & 3. The S3 option adds a private bathroom behind the loft. The options go on and on.

Features of this plan include: bright hallways & lots of windows, gas fireplace, open plan centered on relax (great room), easy-access drop zone with built-in bench, hooks and cubbies—and many more!
